I am attorney Andres Guevara. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and my law degree from George Washington University in 1995. In law school I was notes editor of the Law Review and president of the Hispanic Law Students Association. I have nearly 15 years of legal experience.
My first job after law school was as an assistant district attorney in the busiest county in New York, the Office of the Manhattan District Attorney. As a prosecutor, I prosecuted and handled hundreds of cases ranging from minor criminal cases to the most serious criminal offenses. Today I represent individuals in criminal defense and family law cases. I have also taught trial techniques to law students and other lawyers.
I am bilingual and fluent in Spanish. I am a member in good standing with the Colorado State Bar. I am a member of the Denver Bar Association, the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar, the Hispanic Bar Association, and the Arapahoe County Bar Association.
